What is your career ambition and what have you done to prepare for
it?
My career ambition is to become a dentist. I am currently working
toward a B.S. in Biological Science. Then, I will transfer to a dental
school such as U.O.P or U.C.L.A. Currently, I have been working at the
Marin Community Clinic, at my brother's dental lab, and volunteering at
the Marin General Hospital as well.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of having achieved?
If I will be crowned MISS AO DAI, it will be my proudest personal
accomplishment
What person would you most like to meet? (Describe in detail why)
The person that I would like to meet is Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ngan because
he's not only a well-known author for many Vietnamese books, but also a famous MC in
Vietnamese music videos such as Thuy Nga Paris.
What do you believe is the biggest obstacle you have been faced with in your life and
how did it affect or change you?
The biggest obstacle that I have been faced with in my life is the
language barrier and the culture differences. It took me a long time to
adjust to a new language, and adapt to a new culture in this country.
If you were crowned MISS AO DAI, what will you do to help
Vietnamese Community or others?
If I were crowned MISS AO DAI, I would get involved with many Vietnamese
community events. I would do anything that a MISS AO DAI could do
to make our community stronger than others.
