February 16, 2002 - Year Of The Horse

Miss Vietnam Tet Pageant of Northern California, an annual contest organized in Santa Clara County Fairgrounds as part of Vietnamese New Year Celebration (Tet). This is the 15th year the contest is held, and the Tet Festival at the Fairgrounds is in its 20th year.
